Die Dichtringe passen wie erwartet perfekt

Die Dichtringe passen wie erwartet perfekt in den Deckel und zur Spöttle. Die Versandkosten waren für die kleine Bestellungen allerdings zu hoch. Ich finde hier müsste ein Umschlag mit günstigerem Versand möglich sein.

Sehr praktisch, dass man die Ringe nachbestellen kann, falls mal einer verloren geht oder nicht mehr ganz so frisch aussieht. Der Versand sollte für so kleine Artikel aber nicht EUR 4,95 kosten!

Produkt (Ersatz-Dichtringe) top - Versand in "Bücherkarton" ein Flop

Dass die bestellten Ersatz-Dichtringe für unsere Spottle-Flasche Ihren Dienst tun, ist wohl wenig verwunderlich. Einen Silikonring zu produzieren klingt für mich auch nicht nach Raketenwissenschaft. Den Preis dafür zu bezahlen, bin ich auch mehr oder weniger gerne bereit.
Was mich bei einem Unternehmen, welches viel Wert auf das Thema Nachhaltigkeit legt aber wirklich maßlos geärgert hat, ist der Versand in einem Karton in der Größe eines drei Zentimeter dicken Buches. Im Karton enthalten ein kleines Plastiktütchen mit 6 Dichtungen und der übliche Warenbegleitzettel. Neben der Tatsache, dass für diese Versandart sage und schreibe 4,95 € an Versandkosten zu Buche schlagen, erschließt sich mir der Nachhaltigkeitsaspekt gegenüber einem simplen Briefumschlag nun wirklich nicht. Hier sollte vielleicht nochmal drüber nachgedacht werden.

Ich hatte die Dichtung meiner Trinkflasche verloren. Habe Ersatzdichtungen bestellt, die rasch geliefert wurden. Kann nun meine Trinkflasche wieder verwenden. Gut, dass es Ersatzdichtungen gibt! Alles bestens!
