Deliveries are possible to all countries within the European Union, United Kingdom, and Switzerland.
- For orders over 30 €, shipping costs are waived for Germany and Austria. For orders under 30 €, the shipping costs for Germany and Austria are 4.95 €.
- For orders over 65 €, shipping costs are waived for all European countries we ship to. For orders under 65 €, the shipping costs to all European countries (excluding DE & AT) are 9.95 €.
- For orders over 85 €, shipping costs are waived for shipments to Switzerland and the United Kingdom. For orders under 85 €, the shipping costs to Switzerland and the United Kingdom are 15.95 €.

Unless otherwise stated in the item description, delivery of orders to Austria and Germany takes 1-3 business days, while deliveries outside of Austria and Germany take 3-7 business days. Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
Once we have handed over your order to the designated parcel delivery service, we will send you an email with a tracking link. This allows you to easily and conveniently track the status of your order at any time.
In rare cases, a package may unfortunately not arrive as planned. In such a situation, it is advisable to file a request for investigation with the delivery service. If there have been any issues with the delivery of your order, please contact us at email@example.com, and we will promptly work towards a solution.
We are an online-only shop, so we do not have a physical store for order pickups at the moment. In Salzburg, we only have our office and warehouse. However, we are always exploring new possibilities, so who knows what the future brings!

At the end of the checkout process, you can enter your discount code in the "Discount Code" field located in the right column. After entering the code, please click on "Apply" to redeem the discount.
Yes, we offer gift cards. They are ideal if you're not sure which spottle product to give as a present. You can purchase the gift cards on our online shop. The gift card will be sent to you as a PDF via email. You can either print it out or forward it via email.
If you have changed your mind, we are happy to modify or cancel your order if it has not been packed yet. Please contact us through our contact form, providing your order number, and let us know how we can modify your order or if we need to cancel it. Unfortunately, we cannot make any changes or cancellations if your order has already been packed.
To exchange an item, we kindly ask you to submit a request in our returns portal. You can easily do this by clicking here: spottle-Retourenportal
1. When logging into the returns portal, please use the same email address you used for placing your order. You will receive a 6-digit code to log in to the returns portal.
2. Next, select the item you wish to exchange and click on 'Request Return'.
3. Choose 'Other' as the reason and mention 'Exchange' as a note.
4. You will receive a return label from us.
5. At the same time, you can place a new order for the desired item. Once we receive the returned item, we will refund the purchase price to you.
*Please note that for hygiene reasons, we can only exchange/accept returns for unused water bottles. An exception applies to damaged, defective, or wrongly delivered items.
Returns & Refunds

1. Log in to the returns portal using the email address you used to place your order. You will receive a 6-digit code to log in.
2. Select the item you wish to return and click on "Request Return".
3. You will receive a return label from us. If desired, you can provide a reason for your return. We appreciate honest feedback - thank you!
4. Attach the return label to the package.
5. Once your return has been received by us, you will receive a confirmation email, and we will process the refund of the purchase amount as soon as possible.
*Please note that for hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns for unused water bottles. An exception applies to damaged, defective, or wrongly delivered items.
The customer is responsible for covering the costs of return shipping, unless the item is being returned due to damage, defect, or an incorrect delivery. We can provide you with a return label for a fee of 5.80 € for returns from Germany and Austria. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
The purchase amount will be refunded to you within 14 days after we receive the returned item, using the original payment method you used for the purchase. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
If you have purchased one of our items on Amazon and wish to return it to us, we kindly ask you to process the return directly through Amazon. Please log in to your Amazon account, click on "My orders," and proceed with the return from there. Amazon will provide you with all the necessary documents and instructions for the return.
