Cancellation policy
An order may generally be cancelled as long as the goods have not yet been shipped. In such cases, the customer is requested to contact spottle GmbH immediately by email at support@spottle.net, quoting the order number.
Pre-orders may also be cancelled until the time of shipment. Once dispatched, the standard return policy applies.
Please note: Cancellation is no longer possible once the order has been processed and handed over to the shipping provider.
