Ich bin mit der Qualität der Flasche super zufrieden! Das Wasser bleibt lange kalt in der Flasche, ich finde sie nicht besonders schwer.
In meinem Deckel löste sich leider das Gummi auf. Ich habe mich an den Support Gewand, Fotos geschickt und um eine Reklamation gebeten, da ich die Flasche noch nicht so lange habe. Der Kontakt mit der Mitarbeiterin (Dariia) war absolut super! Mir wurde sofort der Versand eines neuen Deckels zugesagt und ich konnte spontan sogar noch eine komplette Bestellung hinzufügen :-)
Ich bin wirklich begeistert und würde diese Flasche sofort weiterempfehlen!
