Warranty & Guarantee
At spottle, the statutory warranty period of 2 years applies from the date you receive your goods. This covers defects that already existed at the time of delivery. If you notice such a defect, please inform us as soon as possible after receiving the product so that we can work together to find a suitable solution.
In addition to the statutory warranty, we offer a voluntary 12-month guarantee on certain product features. This specifically covers manufacturing defects, such as material or workmanship faults that occurred during production, as well as issues with the seal of the bottle cap or insulation problems in stainless steel bottles with thermal function, provided the thermal insulation does not function properly. This voluntary guarantee applies exclusively to defects resulting from production faults. Damage caused by improper use, external influences, or normal wear and tear is not covered.
The guarantee therefore does not cover breakage, cracks, or chipping caused by dropping or impact; normal wear such as scratches, discoloration, or chipped paint; or damage resulting from the use of carbonated beverages in bottles not designed for such use, such as the 1.5-liter glass bottle or the 2-liter glass bottle. Also excluded are damages caused by extreme temperatures (e.g., freezing a bottle in the freezer) and damage resulting from improper cleaning. This includes, for example, washing non-dishwasher-safe parts such as lids in the dishwasher or odor formation due to insufficient cleaning. Please also note that glass is a delicate material and can be damaged even by a fall from a low height. In such cases, we unfortunately cannot provide warranty coverage. However, feel free to contact us — we will work with you to find a solution, for example by offering a discount code for your next order.
If you would like to submit a guarantee claim, please contact us promptly after discovering the issue by email at support@spottle.net or via our contact form. To help us assess your request, please include your order number, a brief description of the problem, and clear photos. Our team will review your case as quickly as possible and inform you of the next steps.
In the event of a valid guarantee claim, depending on the situation, you will either receive a free replacement product if a manufacturing defect is confirmed, or we will refund the amount using your original payment method if you prefer or if a replacement is not possible.
