PACKAGING
The shipping boxes we use, as well as the filling material, are made from recycled cardboard. We only use plastic in the form of bubble wrap to protect the glass bottles during shipping, because we care about the environment!

- Orders from Germany are shipped with DHL.
- Orders from Austria are shipped with Austrian Post.
- Orders to the rest of the EU are shipped with DPD, FedEx or UPS.
- Orders to the USA are shipped with FedEx.
- Orders to Switzerland and the United Kingdom are shipped with FedEx.
DELIVERY
Each product is carefully packaged and despatched as quickly as possible. Orders to Germany and Austria are usually delivered within 1-3 working days. Orders to the rest of the EU, the USA, Switzerland and the United Kingdom are usually delivered within 3-7 working days. As soon as we hand your order over to the courier, we will email you the tracking number. This makes it easy to track the status of any order at any time.

So if your spottle glass bottle breaks within the first 30 days as a result of a fall or an unfortunate bump, we will replace it free of charge and cover the shipping costs. If you don't want to give us a second chance (which we would find extremely sad), we also offer the option of refunding the full purchase price of the glass bottle - whichever you prefer. We are only happy when you are!
