PACKAGING
The shipping boxes we use and the filling material are made from recycled cardboard. We only use plastic in the form of bubble wrap to protect the glass bottles in the best possible way on the shipping route, because environmental protection is very important to us!

- Orders from Austria are sent with the Austrian Post.
- Orders to the rest of the EU and Switzerland are shipped with UPS, DPD or GLS.

Habe inzwischen drei Flaschen und bin sehr begeistert. Meine älteste ist fast drei Jahre alt und immer noch super schön (wenn man sie ab und zu entkalkt). Ein Aspekt der mir sehr gut gefällt ist, dass sich die Flaschen gut reinigen lassen und keinen Geschmack annehmen (weder von Säften noch von Reinigungsmittel).
Hatte leider ein kleiner Fehler bei der Lieferung, nicht nur habe ich die richtige Flasche sofort zugestellt bekommen sondern konnte auch die " falsche Lieferung " behalten. Fand auch total super die nette Dame am Telefon super freundlich. Werde gerne wieder einmal bei Ihnen einkaufen. Danke
Leider wurde mir nicht die von mir bestellte Glasflasche mit Silikonhülle geliefert, was ich sehr schade finde!!!🫥
Ich bin zufrieden mit dieser Glasflasche mit Schutzhülle. Die Flasche selbst ist von guter Qualität und die Silikonhülle bietet einen angenehmen Griff. Allerdings ist die Hülle etwas eng und kann beim Reinigen nur schwer zu entfernen werden. Nun wasche ich die Flasche samt Hülle in der Spülmaschine. Aktuell sieht sie noch gut aus.
