Processing of returns and exchanges
In the following we would like to give a short guide to returns to ensure a smooth process. Of course, these instructions have no effect on the statutory right of withdrawal.
Of course, we hope that you are completely satisfied with your spottle products, but if you do need to return them, please note the following points:
- You can return your order within 30 days without giving a reason and receive a full refund of the product cost.
- We ask that you always return the items in their original packaging and with all accessories.
- We do not accept returns of used products unless the product has a manufacturer defect.
- If you have received a defective product or you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, we apologize and would encourage you to contact us using our contact form .
- If there are returns from several orders, we would ask you to send everything back to us in one package, as this saves costs and also protects the environment.
- Please enclose the delivery note with each return so that we can assign the return without any problems.
- Please tape the package conscientiously so that nothing is lost during shipping.
